Today’s review of Bandar Utama will cover the geographical aspects and some real estate elements surrounding Bandar Utama. Below is a brief recap of Bandar Utama.
Bandar Utama is located in the city of Petaling Jaya, in the state of Selangor of Malaysia. Bandar Utama is a 1,000 acre neighbourhood. Bandar Utama comprises of 10 sections: BU1, BU2, BU3, BU4, BU5 (The Effingham), BU6, BU7, BU10, BU11, and BU12.
Bandar Utama is divided into two by the SPRINT highway: pre-SPRINT and post-SPRINT, or north of the SPRINT highway and South of the SPRINT highway. South of SPRINT is BU11 and BU12. North of SPRINT is BU1, BU2, BU3, BU4, BU5, BU6, BU7, and BU10.
LEBUH BANDAR UTAMA
The main, main road in Bandar Utama is Lebuh Bandar Utama. BU12, BU11, BU10, BU7, BU3, BU2, and BU1 run along it. From Lebuh Bandar Utama, drivers can directly shoot off to the SPRINT highway and Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP highway).
Along Lebuh Bandar Utama are the Kompleks Sukan BU11, Masjid Bandar Utama (BU12), Westpoint Home Gallery, Ming Tien Food Court - Bandar Utama, Petron Lebuh Bandar Utama, McDonald’s Bandar Utama Drive-Thru (DT), Centrepoint, SMK Bandar Utama 2 (SMK BU2), SJK(C) Puay Chai 2, 1 Utama Shopping Mall, Wisma BU8, and BU11 Oasis Centre.
INTERNAL MAIN ROADS
The other main roads that shoot off from Lebuh Bandar Utama are Jalan Tanjung Bandar Utama, Changkat Bukit Utama, Persiaran Bukit Utama, Persiaran Bandar Utama, and Dataran Bandar Utama.
Jalan Tanjung Bandar Utama connects Bandar Utama with Tropicana. 1 Tech Park is located along Jalan Tanjung Bandar Utama.
Changkat Bukit Utama is where 1 Bukit Utama Condominium and The British International School of Kuala Lumpur reside.
Persiaran Bukit Utama is where the First City University College, SMK Bandar Utama 3 (SMK BU3), Bandar Utama Golf Course, 9 Bukit Utama Condominium, The Club Bukit Utama, and The Effingham are located. Persiaran Bukit Utama and Dataran Bandar Utama links up with Persiaran Surian which leads to Mutiara Damansara and Kota Damansara.
Tengkat Bandar Utama connects Persiaran Bukit Utama and Dataran Bandar Utama together
Then along Dataran Bandar Utama are SMK Bandar Utama 4 (SMK BU4), SK Bandar Utama 4 (SK BU4), Central Park Bandar Utama, entrances to the new and old wings of 1 Utama Shopping Mall, First Avenue, and Bandar Utama City. Dataran Bandar Utama connects to Persiaran Bandar Utama.
Persiaran Bandar Utama connects directly to the LDP. Persiaran Bandar Utama is where MRT Bandar Utama SBK 09, Petron Persiaran Bandar Utama, and Shell petrol station are located and an off road to SMK Bandar Utama and Kolej Tingkatan Enam Bandar Utama.
