Casa Tropicana Condominium Review | TROPICANA SERIES

Casa Tropicana is a neo-classical inspired condominium located along Persiaran Tropicana in the luxurious Tropicana enclave. This development is a joint-venture partnership between the LBS Bina Group, Dijaya Corporation, and Tropicana Golf and Country Resort Berhad.


Casa Tropicana consists of five blocks, of which the first four – A, B, C, and D were completed in March 2008; while the fifth block – Block E – was completed in May 2013. The units of this property come in 13 distinct layouts with five unit types with built-up sizes ranging from 894 square feet to 1538 square feet. Each unit comes with two or three rooms. Each unit comes with either one or two car parks. Additional car parks came at a cost of RM15,000.


The interior space of each unit shows that the design was well thought of to maximize space and comfort. In terms of the floor finishing, Casa Tropicana is furnished with timber strip parquet for master bedroom and ceramic tiles for the rest of the area. As for windows, it features bronze anodized aluminium frame glass windows.

One of the things that you or your tenants will mostly like here is the alluring and clear view of the lavish Tropicana Golf & Country Club golf course from some of the units. From other units, you’ll be able to enjoy the beautiful view of Kota Damansara or a swimming pool.

Three units face North direction with view of leisure corner, main pool, Block B, and Block D. Three units face East direction with view of leisure corner, Block B, and Tropicana Avenue. Four units face South direction with view of the Persiaran Tropicana, Tropicana Park, and the highway. Four units face West direction with view of the fun park and Block C directly.


BLOCK B

Block B was completed in March 2008. This is a low rise block of 7-storey high with 15 units per floor. Two lifts service this block. 8 units face East or South direction with views of the plazza, Tropicana Avenue, and Persiaran Tropicana. 5 units face East with views of Persiaran Tropicana and Tropicana Avenue. Only two units is facing inwards towards the facilities.


BLOCK C

Block C was completed in March 2008. This block is 24-storey high with 14 units per floor. Three lifts service this block.
